How to add social bookmarking links to WordPress posts

I want to add links to various social networking sites, such as Facebook, to the bottom of my posts. But there is no add-in available at WordPress.com. However, there is a simple way to add links to del.icio.us, blinklist, furl, digg, gnolia, stumbleupon, simpy, newsvine, reddit, fark and facebook. I found it here on the running through rain blog.

First open this Word document and paste the text into a text editor such as Notepad. The instructions at running through rain are straightforward. In under a minute, you can update your blog to contain:
